I started yesterday and it wasn't do bad. I thought learning the programs I would be using would be hard. But, actually they are easy to use. I just have two more tasks that are a little confusing. How to pull parts and circuit boards.
I have one mishap though. One of my team members built the product wrong. I caught it and we had to redo everything she did. But, it's understandable since she was new to the line and the work instructions were vague. But, the most important thing is we caught it.
I shipped my first product last night!!!! All in all my first night as a Team Lead was not so bad! Now let me see how many mistakes I made when I go in today!

Awesome on your first shipment. Working with circut boards and little parts would be fustrating. You must have a lot of patience and skilled, steady hands. Good luck to you.
